Associate Director, Product Control Flow Rates Europe

What is the opportunity?

Product Controllers are the front‑line finance function for Capital Market businesses. This role leads the team responsible for daily financial Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting, P&L decomposition, and the accuracy of the General Ledger for the Flow Rates Europe trading desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team reporting and production of desk P&L with risk‑based decomposition, including commentaries.
• Manage and mentor a team of co‑op students, analysts, senior analysts, and managers.
• Act as an effective link between Front Office (FO) and Financial Control, resolving daily P&L disagreements and achieving agreement with FO, evidenced and logged.
• Ensure integrity of the bank’s books and records through reconciliation and attestation.
