Associate Director

for the National Executive Programs area in Madrid, a key role within one of the most internationally recognized business schools. This is a high-impact role that combines

business development, senior stakeholder relationship management, and executive program operations , within one of the world’s leading business schools.

Role purpose The Associate Director will be responsible for driving the growth of National Executive Education Programs, building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior executives, corporate clients, and alumni, from first contact through admission and beyond. The role blends a strong commercial focus with full responsibility for the participant journey and program delivery experience.
