The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), Next.js, NestJS, Docker, and Kubernetes with proven leadership in people management, software architecture, and design systems. You will lead a team of engineers, drive architectural decisions, and own the end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical applications across the organization.
