Position Title: Associate Director, LATAM Supply Chain

Location: Mexico City (Hybrid, with travel)

Reports to: SVP, Supply Chain Americas (based in US). Dotted to local GM.

Key Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end supply chain performance for LATAM & Mexico, including service level, inventory health, cost, and cash. Ensure supply chain execution supports regional growth priorities, go‑to‑market strategies, and customer commitments. Provide clear visibility of risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs to regional and Americas leadership. Planning, S&OP, and Business Alignment Ensure robust demand and supply planning processes are in place and aligned with Americas and Global S&OP governance. Drive cross‑functional alignment between Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver the business plan.
