Opportunity

The Corporate Actuarial team plays a critical role in supporting actuarial excellence and strategic initiatives across all lines of RBC Insurance’s business. As the Associate Director of Corporate Actuarial, you will provide expertise and support in actuarial assumptions, methodology, external disclosures, and internal management reports under the guidance of the Director, Corporate Actuarial.

Responsibilities

• Review actuarial assumptions and experience studies: support the review and validation of actuarial assumptions across portfolios and execute comprehensive experience studies to ensure assumptions remain appropriate.
• Consulting support on actuarial methodology: provide consulting on methodology across assigned insurance portfolios and support enhancements that strengthen actuarial practices.
