Associate Director, Clinical Operations - Organizational Engagement (Hybrid)

Job Description

Associate Director, Organizational Engagement reports to the Head of Global Data Management & Standards (GDMS) Business Operations. The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing the engagement and communications strategy for GDMS. In collaboration with GDMS functional areas, the Associate Director coordinates the delivery of targeted communications to advance organizational priorities in alignment with departmental goals and branding guidelines. Responsibilities also include leading the planning and delivery of GDMS events and serving as the day‑to‑day partner to GDMS leaders to support internal messaging, executive communications, and presentation materials.
