Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver :
●Own end-to-end First Mile operations across assigned cities — vendor pickups,
inwarding, hub movements, and inter-hub transfers.
●Ensure strict SLA adherence for pickups and dispatch with minimal losses, delays, or
damages.
● Drive high inventory accuracy across hubs and dark stores through audits,
reconciliations, and strong loss-prevention controls.
●Partner with Central Planning and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate inventory
inflow, replenishment, and dispatch alignment.
●Lead manpower planning based on volume forecasts, ensuring optimal staffing across
hubs and ground operations.
