Purpose
The Schulich School of Business, ranked consistently among the world’s best business schools, seeks an Associate Director to lead the Career Advising team within the Centre for Career Design (CCD). This role designs high‑impact, inclusive programming that supports student and new graduate career exploration, decision‑making, job searching, and employment preparation. It builds partnerships across undergraduate, masters, and MBA programs, and champions the integration of career education into curriculum and co‑curriculum. The incumbent is expected to champion student success and uphold values of Collaboration, Care, Accountability, Respect, Innovation, Inclusion, and Excellence.
