We are seeking a self‑motivated Associate to join our Direct Investment team. The principle functions include developing opinions on prospective investments, performing due diligence, conducting return analysis and writing investment summaries covering the Asia region.
This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 4 days minimum per week in the office.
The ideal candidate is someone who:- Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Can thrive in a fast paced, high‑volume environment
- Identify, evaluate and invest directly into operating companies (both in Asia and internationally)
- Perform company due diligence that includes industry research, calls with management teams, research analysts and site tours
