Please note this is a 12 month temporary position.

This role requires on-site (hybrid) work 3x per week from our Burnaby studio. Relocation sponsorship is not provided for this position.

Role Purpose

The Development Manager enables efficient, predictable, and transparent delivery of A&S content initiatives. This role owns delivery structure, process clarity, schedules, status visibility, and workflow improvement.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain delivery schedules for Advertising and Sponsorship initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, owners, and timelines.
• Keep cross-functional teams aligned, accountable, and aware of progress, risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Maintain up-to-date activation trackers and ensure information remains accurate across relevant systems.
