Job Requirements:
- BDS or equivalent qualifications recognized by the Singapore Dental Council.
- Determined, committed with gentle and caring nature
- Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
- Friendly, respectful towards others and able to work well in a family-like team
- Possess aligned dental philosophy in minimally invasive and preventive dentistry with the best interest of patient and practice at heart (minimum 5 years of practicing experience will be an advantage)
- Willing to go the extra mile beyond usual clinical roles (e.g. training DSAs, providing clinical and dental knowledge training to the team)
- Able to handle the pressure of a challenging workload in a busy practice
- Flexible with work schedule and able to work on 4 to 5 days of variable shifts
