What To Expect The Delivery Manager, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, is responsible for execution of all deliveries within a defined market. This position oversees all aspects of delivery center operations, including pipeline management, tracking toward targets, hiring and coaching of Delivery Experience and Orientation Specialists, and promoting customer service excellence. The adequate candidate is personable, energetic, highly organized, and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery pipeline, scheduling volumes, actively set individual and team targets, assist in planning, implementation, and follow up of delivery center operational tasks and projects.
• Monitor daily deliveries, create reports and update relevant systems to ensure accurate and timely delivery information is available to management, supervise delivery center employees and determine resource use to ensure teams are appropriately staffed.
