Role Overview

Colliers' Debt Advisory team in Edmonton is looking for an Associate to support and grow with an active commercial real estate debt brokerage practice. The role is on-site, based in the Edmonton office.

Responsibilities

• Support underwriting and execution of CRE debt transactions including first mortgages, construction, bridge, and subordinate financing.
• Build financial models, cash flow analyses, and lender credit summaries.
• Prepare financing proposals and client-facing materials.
• Maintain lender databases, track mandates, and monitor Alberta capital market conditions.
• Manage pipeline and CRM activity across an active deal book.
• Participate in business development, including client outreach, lender prospecting, and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• Previous internship experience in a similar role.
