The associate will support the Deal & Strategy team in executing M&A and strategic initiatives within the telecommunications and media sectors.

Responsibilities

• Performing benchmarks and market analysis in the telecommunications field.
  
• Participation in commercial and technical due diligence.
  
• Development of strategic plans and business plans.
  
• Perform carve-outs with focus on fixed and mobile operators.
  
• Manage end-to-end M&A operations: evaluation, analysis, execution and support during integration.
  
• Elaboration of financial models for project valuation.
  
• Responsible for the generation of the necessary documentation for presentation to the client or investment committee.
