Scope of Position: Support COD/MSSR (Material Services Support Representative) in all issues related to the management of repairs/spares orders from creation until the material is received in the warehouse and delivered to the customer. Work to meet customer requirements and expectations in materials domain and ensure the fulfilment of contractual requirements of ADS (Airbus Defense and Space). Acts as liaison between ADS & RMAF (Royal Malaysian Airforce) and anticipate potential emergency related to material. Monitor inbound and outbound Repair/Spares shipments flow for ADS.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet customer requirements and expectations in the materials domain, ensuring fulfilment of ADS contractual requirements.
- Maintain close contact with customers regarding operational issues.
