Associate - Credit Card Operations

Purpose

Associates in Credit Card will be responsible for processing credit card applications in the CitiManager system within Bayer, as well as monitoring transactions for compliance and assisting with any related customer inquiries.

Your Task and Responsibilities

Credit Card Processing

• Process credit card requests such as new credit card applications, cancellations, and limit changes while ensuring global and local policies are followed (basic countries).

Credit Card Monitoring and Analysis

• Analyze and monitor monthly delinquencies to ensure credit card balances are paid immediately.

Cardholder Maintenance

• Perform cardholder maintenance updates and account reconciliations based on HR and Citi data to ensure proper interface between the employee’s credit card and Concur accounts.
