We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who is passionate about the creative possibilities of AI, and who can lead the development of standout, social‑first branded content. You’ll define what great looks like across both partnership campaigns and platform output, guiding the team from initial spark through to delivery.

You’ll lead creative ideation across short‑form video, memes, reactive content, and generative AI, applying LADbible’s most recognisable formats to create work that feels native, entertaining, and culturally relevant.
