Associate - Cost Management - Data Centres

Overview

As Associate Cost Manager (Lease Portfolio Europe) at Linesight, you will operate within highly experienced, culturally diverse teams focused on delivering strategic cost control across a multi‑country lease portfolio. This role places a strong emphasis on commercial performance, cost optimisation, and financial governance across leased assets, rather than traditional single‑project delivery.

You will work in a hybrid/remote capacity, collaborating across European stakeholders, supporting programme level cost management, and influencing key financial decisions across a dynamic and evolving portfolio.

In this role you will:

• Lead cost management across a European lease portfolio, ensuring effective budget control, forecasting, and cost optimisation across multiple sites
• Manage and oversee operational and capital expenditure (OPEX/CAPEX) within leased environments, ensuring alignment with client financial objectives
