DESCRIPTION:
An Indian subsidiary of Amazon.com, (a US based MNC) in the payments business, has an exciting opening for a smart, young candidates for the role of Associate Corporate Counsel, with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in implementing privacy and data protection requirements, experience in technology law and providing related legal advisory. The position is based in Bangalore and is for a fixed term of 3 years. The ACC will report to a Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel position.
The Attorney will partner with cross functional legal team and their business operations clients to achieve operational excellence, advise on a range of issues to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including corporate secretarial compliance, drafting and negotiating contracts...
