The Client Operations team is responsible for providing client support on our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations and driving product usage and revenue. The team operates globally in the US, Philippines, and Pakistan. Members learn in-depth industry knowledge, produce research, and develop technical skills, and work with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Technology, Content & Industry Research.
