**The** **Team:** The Client Operations team is responsible for providing client support on our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations & driving product usage and revenue. Being present in the US, Philippines & Pakistan makes it a truly global team. As a member of the Client Services team, you will serve as a product generalist for the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Working as a team is essential in this role. Additionally, Client Services interact with many internal teams, including Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.
