Join Broadridge’s Governance research team in an early-career role supporting proxy voting work for internal partners and clients. This role offers hands‑on foundational experience while deepening your understanding of shareholder meetings, voting policies, and governance data. You will work on defined assignments with increasing independence, following established procedures and guidance, while developing practical knowledge of proxy voting through training, mentorship, and day‑to‑day execution.
