The role reports into the CER Inside Sales Manager, with a dotted line to the Regional Channel Director. The Associate Channel Account Manager (aCAM) is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving business growth in DACH/Central Europe (CER). In this role, you will be responsible for fostering new footprint opportunities, upselling, and cross‑selling in accounts in the SMB and Mid‑Market space. In addition to strategic initiatives, the aCAM will also manage tactical transactions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as CAD sellers, partner technical managers, Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs), and segment sellers to ensure smooth management of these transactions.
