What you’ll be doing

As an Associate, Cash Management you’ll join CIBC’s Commercial Banking team to support account teams through client acquisition, relationship management and transactional support for client‑specific financing solutions. This development role offers learning of products, processes, networks and functions with a progression path to a Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships, engage clients in marketing and outreach activities, and provide ongoing partnership and support by understanding their goals and objectives.
• Support managers in developing new client relationships through business development activities, leveraging referral sources, existing clients and centers of influence.
• Identify potential sales and/or service improvement opportunities.
