The position
As an Associate Business Analyst – FP&A, you will play a vital role in driving financial planning, analysis and reporting that supports business decisions across Novo Nordisk. You will work closely with onshore FP&A teams and a wide range of stakeholders, providing high-quality insights and ensuring that processes run smoothly, accurately and on time. Day-to-day your tasks will include:Maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel, Alteryx, Tableau and Power BI, and developing relevant IT systems and financial modelsOwning the Weekly and Monthly CCD reports, financial system reconciliations and preparation of monthly performance presentations for business meetingsProviding analysis on the key drivers of deviations against budget and forecast, as well as ad hoc analysis based on business needsAnchoring planning processes, including the Budget and Rolling Estimate cyclesEngaging continuously with stakeholders to understand and address business needs, ...
