Job Responsibilities Account Maintenance & Operations- Ensure timely and accurate processing of new account openings, in compliance with regulatory, KYC, and internal documentation requirements
- Perform account maintenance activities, including updates, amendments, and closures, ensuring data integrity across systems
- Review and validate account documentation to ensure completeness and adherence to policies
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, risks, or compliance concerns promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
