Key Responsibilities Revenue Management & Yield Strategy
- Monitor daily occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and pickup trends.
- Recommend pricing and inventory strategies to optimize revenue performance.
- Implement revenue controls including length-of-stay restrictions, room type management, and demand-based pricing.
- Monitor future demand periods and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Support the execution of approved revenue management strategies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments based on market conditions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and business plans.
- Analyse booking trends, wash factors, cancellations, and market demand patterns.
- Provide revenue insights and recommendations to management.
