Assistant/Junior Property Manager

Gough are working with a highly regarded, growing Perth agency seeking a Junior Property Manager or Property Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with junior experience – or an exceptional Assistant ready to step up – who values culture, support and delivering great customer service.

The Role

Manage a portfolio of approx. 50 properties (inner north – close to the office)

End-to-end portfolio management

Strong admin support provided

Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm

1 day WFH per week

You’ll report directly to the Director and work alongside a supportive Head of Department who genuinely backs their team.

Current PM Registration
