About the Role
The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Department manager and oversees operations, staff, and guest experience to maintain Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
What You Will Do
- Oversee all aspects of the department including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff.
- Manage treatment scheduling, room utilization, and ordering of operational supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance with Engineering and Housekeeping, ensuring facilities are clean, stocked, and safe.
