Assistant/Deputy Manager (HR & Corporate Communications)

As part of the Human Resource & Corporate Communications team, you will support, co-lead or lead initiatives within the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning& Development (L&D) functions to drive a high-performing and future-ready workforce for PSA Marine and its group of companies.

Organisational Development (OD)

• Support, co-lead or lead OD programmes and change interventions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and implement OD strategies, tools, and materials to strengthen organisational capability and effectiveness
• Champion the Fish! culture through culture-building initiatives and Fish! workshops, to foster a purpose-driven and engaged workforce
• Lead or contribute to talent management programmes to identify, support, and retain high-potential individuals
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess workforce capability gaps and recommend targeted interventions
