Responsibilities

• Direct and control the operations of commercial warehouse facilities.
• Identify customers’ needs and ensure service satisfaction.
• Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
• Hire, train, supervise, and oversee staff and subordinates.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, electrical and mechanical systems.
