Assistant Vice President, Technology Program Management

Purpose of Role

This role will support the FCOA Technology team with functional, technical and administrative tasks related to project management, incident management, and BAU maintenance activities of Financial Crime Compliance systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide technology support for KYC, Name screening and Transaction Filtering systems’ projects, enhancements, issues, maintenance, and general system queries.
• Produce and understand technology-related documentation (including functional and technical design documents, business requirement documents, system architectural diagrams, etc.).
• Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and issues accurately and efficiently.
• Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and provide updates.
