The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, architecture, development, and continuous transformation of Mashreq's end-to-end Digital Mortgage Platform. The individual must possess deep Mortgage domain expertise with proven experience in building and delivering Digital Mortgage products across the complete mortgage lifecycle. The role requires strong hands‑on expertise in ReactJS-based digital channels, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, BPM platforms, APIs and cloud-native technologies.
Key Result Areas:
- Build customer-facing mortgage journeys using ReactJS.
- Deliver mortgage capabilities covering origination, underwriting, approval, documentation, disbursement, servicing and closure.
- Design API-first and Microservices architectures.
- Lead integrations with Core Banking, CRM, Credit Bureau, Property Valuation, eKYC and Document Management systems.
- Drive Camunda workflow automation and straight-through processing....
