Assistant Vice President - Quality

Overview

A Quality AVP based in the Philippines is expected to hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Advanced certifications in quality management or compliance are a strong advantage. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, risk management, or audit, including several years in leadership roles. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a deep understanding of local regulatory requirements and international standards (such as ISO or Six Sigma). Experience in driving process improvements, managing audits, and leading cross-functional teams is highly valued, with the ability to influence senior leadership and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
