Assistant Vice President – Consumer Propositions

Leading a team of product managers, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Accident and Health product lines, driving the end‑to‑end lifecycle from strategy and ideation to approval, launch, and post‑launch performance. You will support the sharing of product strategy, market insights, and customer trends with other local teams, and help gather and share regional learnings to identify ways to improve GELS products and customer offerings. This role reports to the Section Head of Consumer Propositions – Protection.

• Product Strategy and Roadmap – Support the formulation of the annual product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and Protection segment ambitions.
