In this role, you will be a highly impacted Learning & Development (L&D) professional to own and deliver leadership and culture training programs in Hong Kong, while contributing to regional leadership development initiatives and driving L&D operational excellence.

What You'll do

1. Training Delivery (Hong Kong Focus / Asia region occasionally)

  • Deliver Leadership Academy programs for first-level leaders
  • Facilitate Company’s Culture programs.
  • Conduct Specific training to support business needs
  • Lead engaging, practical sessions in Cantonese and English

    • 2. Regional Program Co-Development
  • Partner with Regional Leadership Training Leaders to: Co-develop Leadership Academy content; Adapt programs to evolving business needs
