Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Candidate ideally should possess Bachelors/Master’s degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant industry, preferably in sales/trade marketing roles.
• Thorough knowledge of Sales & Distribution.
• Ability to effectively work in teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Candidate must possess good analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Develop & execute corporate plan for the category to deliver on volume, market share, market execution and distribution objectives.
• Create and manage trade marketing activity calendar including trade and consumer promotions, merchandising tools/activities, channel and customer specific plans through effective coordination with all stakeholders.
