Job Description :
• Arrange business trip for GM including air tickets and hotel booking
• Arrange internal & external meetings
• Receive mails, parcels sent to GM; check senders’ info. Order & send gifts to clients as assigned by GM
• Screen documents from internal departments for General Manager’s approval by checking their details and accuracy.
• Compile PO/PI/Sales Contracts and submit to GM
• Handle employment contracts and working permits for expatriates
• Support GM in purchasing goods overseas
• Female, age from 36 - 29
• Good appearance (Please enclose a recent photo in your CV)
• University degree, majoring in English
• Fluent in English
• Good at Microsoft office
• Excellent organizational and coordinative skill
