Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain equipment such as UPS systems, LV panels, switchgears, distribution boards, HVAC units, pumps, and motors.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to faults or alarms, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalation of issues when required.
- Record equipment performance readings using manual logs and BMS systems.
- Assist with power load management and ensure proper operation of AC and DC systems.
- Support HVAC system operations including temperature control, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
- Comply with HSE standards and follow the Permit to Work (PTW) process.
- Work rotating shift schedules including weekends and holidays to ensure continuous operational coverage.
