Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Head of Robinsons Destination Estates, the Assistant Technical Manager / Technical Manager will support the planning, design, and construction of destination estate projects
- Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of development project
- Review architectural plans, drawings, and design proposal
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams on design and construction requirement
- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standard
- Support site inspections and provide technical recommendation
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for management
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Robinsons Destination Estates
