Assistant Superintendent / Cleaner

for an apartment building in the

Leaside neighbourhood of Toronto .

This is a

live-in role .

What You’ll Do: Clean hallways, stairs, lobbies, laundry rooms, entrances, and common areas Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets and runners Clean glass, doors, railings, ledges, and other surfaces Empty garbage and keep garbage areas clean Pick up litter around the property Help keep laundry rooms clean Report repairs, safety issues, or supply needs Help the Superintendent when needed Help with apartment showings when needed Help respond to building issues or emergencies Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, stairs, entrances, and walkway...
