What You'll Do
- Assume the role of Store Supervisor (if unavailable) and lead a team of self‑driven members to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules.
- Monitor and analyze sales results, reporting findings to management.
- Serve as an ambassador of the brand, collect customer information/feedback through interactions, and report to the head office.
What We're Looking For
- At least a graduate with a college degree.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets.
- Proficiency with MS tools, specifically Word and Excel.
- Supervisory/OIC experience in a leading retail store is essential.
- Willingness to work in Central Bloc, Cebu.
