- Support the Store Director in driving boutique revenue, client experience, and overall store performance
- Act as a visible leader on the sales floor, supporting the team during peak periods, client appointments, and high-value transactions
- Coach and develop sales professionals with a strong focus on clienteling, conversion, product knowledge, and service excellence
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, supporting repeat business, loyalty, and long-term client development
