What You’ll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, you will assist in leading all aspects of store performance including training, developing a high‑performing sales team, coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service, and managing daily store operations such as merchandising, scheduling, and inventory. You will help drive sales results, key retail metrics, and create an engaging and interactive in‑store experience while ensuring the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy. You will work closely with your Manager to grow sales and build a strong team culture.
