Assistant Store Manager

Job Description:

• Assist in managing day-to-day caf operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

• Drive sales performance and achieve business targets through effective team management.

• Monitor customer experience and ensure high service standards.

• Manage inventory, stock control, wastage reduction, and vendor coordination.

• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.

• Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and operational updates.

• Support staff scheduling, attendance management, and manpower planning.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
