Assistant Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Sous Chef – Indian Cuisine to support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience in both North Indian and South Indian cuisine , and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and execution of Indian cuisine dishes.
Prepare naan, tandoori items, romali roti, prata, fried rice, and noodles .
Maintain excellent wok hei in fried rice and noodle dishes.
Prepare a variety of North Indian and South Indian gravies to consistent quality standards.
Support beverage preparation duties when required.
Assist with daily kitchen operations, mise en place, and food production.
