Job Responsibilities
- Create lots and print LIMS sample labels
- Create, update, and print SRD labels
- Configure and print LIMS labels according to the sampling plan, track sample progress and results
- Reconciliation of unused LIMS sample labels
- Support for label usage life cycle
- Request, review and archival of BPRs and logbooks; compile, analyze and rectify GDP issues related to BPRs and logbooks
- Issue BPR review schedules; track corrective actions for BPR issues and perform trend analysis
- Retrieval and archival of logbooks to OPS
- Maintaining currency of controlled copy SOPs in the shopfloor
- Manage shift scheduling, track working hours, and calculate shift allowances
- Support urgent delivery of materials, documents, and tools within the workshop
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
