Assistant Security Manager

We are seeking a confident, service-oriented, and operationally strong Assistant Security Manager to support the leadership and execution of all security and safety operations within our hotel. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors while upholding the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and guest engagement.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on security professional with strong leadership potential, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to balance firm control with a refined, guest-centric approach.
Experience within international luxury hotel brands will be a strong advantage.
The Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior supervisory or assistant security leadership role, preferably within five-star or luxury hotels.
