Assistant Sales & Marketing Supervisor - 2 yrs experience - Lipa

Qualifications

 Bachelo's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness,

or any related field.

 At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the

agricultural, seed industry.

 Experience in supervising or leading a sales team is an advantage.

 Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies is an

advantage.

 Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
