On behalf of an international organization based in Lausanne , we are searching for a
HR Operations Specialist (H/F)
18 months temporary assignment
Main responsibilities
- You manage the whole HR employe lifecycle (onboarding, internal changes, offboarding)
- You draft employments contracts, amendments and all required contractual documentation
- You prepare employment certificates, attestations and other official HR documents
- You process mutations and maintain employee data in SAP
- You coordinate and handle all HR administration matters (work permit applications, Swiss social security process : AVS, APG, LPP)
- You handle employee time management (vacation, absence, overtime, system issues and troubleshooting)
- You act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative related queries, providing guidance and assisting with problem resolution
